Willie has been involved with FAN since 2012, when he joined as someone working toward long-term recovery. Born and raised in Macomb County, he graduated from Fraser High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University in 2014. Willie is a successful entrepreneur with several recovery-friendly businesses.

Together with his family, he founded the Kyle Kalousdian Memorial Scholarship, which awards annual scholarships to aspiring firefighters. In his free time, Willie enjoys traveling and hiking with his wife, as well as spending time with family. He is honored to serve on the FAN Board.
