This program supports parents and caregivers at every stage of their recovery journey with compassionate, participant-led services tailored to each family’s unique needs. Whether someone needs comprehensive case management or a simple check-in, FAN is here to help.
Services may include assistance with basic needs like food and childcare, treatment navigation, support groups, prenatal and medical care connections, help navigating CPS or the legal system, and harm reduction resources—all designed to promote safety, healing, family preservation and healthy births.
Call to see if we are currently servicing your area. We can provide over-the-phone resource connections outside our service area, even if case management is not available.
