David Kendziorski

David has more than 20 years of experience in the field of law enforcement. He believes that a department’s success depends on the strength of its relationships with residents and local organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration. David is also a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s National Academy (Session #160). He has served with the Saginaw Police Department for 22 years and is currently the administrative services lieutenant. Prior to that, he spent 16 months with the Saginaw County Sheriff’s Department. David has received numerous honors, including the Chief of Police Personal Citation for Esteemed Service, the Exceptional Performance Award, Commendation Award, Outstanding Unit Decoration, Meritorious Unit Commendation, and Service Decoration. In 2014, he was also recognized as a Special Hero Award recipient by the Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority.
