Director
Josh Corts

Josh has maintained sobriety for more than five years and currently works in a support role with the Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties. For much of his teenage years and into his early twenties, he faced significant challenges with substance use. During that time, he cycled through jails, hospitals, and psychiatric units, often without stable housing.

After seeking treatment 17 times, Josh was able to turn his life around. He is certified by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and holds a credential from the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals. He has worked alongside local courts and service providers in the tri-county area and is well connected within the criminal justice system.

Josh shares, “I’ve dedicated myself to showing up wherever I can be useful, using my lived experience to reach people in ways others might not be able to.”
