Ben has lived a substance-free lifestyle for more than seven years. He works at the Pathways Recovery Engagement Center in Adrian, a free community resource that provides guidance and connection to services for adults facing challenges related to substance use, mental health, and housing instability.

At Pathways, Ben facilitates SMART meetings and plays an active role in helping individuals find support and direction. After losing several friends to substance-related tragedies, he became committed to being part of efforts that encourage early intervention and increase understanding through his involvement with Face Addiction Now.
